- We can’t accept responsibility if wrong colours were ordered or wrong preparation methods have been used

- We are subject to the delivery schedules of the couriers but will send the waybill number for your pursual
- We don’t accept any returns of coloured products
- In the unlikely event of pre-approved returns, the customer will be liable for the courier fees and a 5% handling fee
